कक्षा 9वीं से 12वीं तक के विद्यार्थियों ने सीखे तनाव प्रबंधन के गुर
“पालको के ऊपर आता है गुस्सा ? गुस्सा आने पर क्या करंे ? परीक्षा के समय डर लगता है ? घर के लोग आपस में लड़ते है तो बहुत तनाव होता है, फिर पढ़ाई का मन नहीं करता ? ऐसे ही कुछ सवालों से सामना हुआ तनाव प्रबंधन के लिए आयोजित ऑनलाईन क्लास में। शिक्षक सुश्री ऐना कुरियन ने आज की ऑनलाईन क्लास में कक्षा 9वीं से 12वीं तक के विद्यार्थियों को छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के “पढ़ई तुंहर दुआर” ऑनलाईन शिक्षा के अंतर्गत ‘काउंसलिंग-तनाव-प्रतिरोध‘ विषय पर तनाव प्रबंधन के गुर बतलाए।
ज्ञातव्य है कि स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव डॉ. आलोक शुक्ला के निर्देश और एससीईआरटी के संचालक जितेन्द्र कुमार शुक्ला के मार्गदर्शन में राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षिण परिषद (एससीईआरटी) के जुगाड़ स्टूडियो से ऑनलाईन कक्षाओं का संचालन किया जा रहा है। जिसमें विषय विशेषज्ञ शिक्षकों के द्वारा विद्यार्थियों के लिए आकर्षक और रोचक ढंग से पाठ का अध्यापन ऑनलाईन तरीके से किया जा रहा है।
विद्यार्थियों को तनाव प्रबंधन के विषय में बताया गया कि सबका अपना एक अलग अस्तित्व होता है। हर कोई इन्सान अपने आप में सम्पूर्ण नही होता है। खूबियों के साथ कुछ न कुछ खामिया भी होती है। जब हम किसी से बहुत सारी अपेक्षाए रख लेते है और वह जब पूरा नहीं होता पाता तो दुःख के साथ साथ मानसिक तनाव भी होता है और यही तनाव बाल मन में सर्वांगीण विकास को बाधित करता है, अतः ऐसी अपेक्षाआंे से दूर रहे। तनाव मुक्त रहने का सरल तरीका है कि आसपास घट रहे अनावश्यक बातों से दूर रहे। लक्ष्य पर केन्द्रित होकर पढ़ाई पर ध्यान लगाए। सकारात्मक तनाव लक्ष्य के पास ले जाता है। जबकि नकारात्मक तनाव लक्ष्य से दूर कर देता है। विद्यार्थियों को तनाव प्रबंधन के लिए समय प्रबंधन बहुत जरुरी है। समय पर खाना, पर्याप्त नींद लेना, खेलने का समय निर्धारित होना और रुचि अनुसार कार्यों पर समय व्यतीत करने से भी तनाव कम होता है।
पालकों पर गुस्सा आता है इस प्रश्न के जवाब में बताया कि घर के बड़े हमेशा बच्चों के भले के लिए सोचते है। यह उम्र पढ़ाई के साथ साथ कुछ रचनात्मक गतिविधियों में संलग्न रहने का है। जबकि हम सारा समय मोबाइल या टेलीविजन देखने में लगा देते है। इस कारण पालक आपको ऐसा करने से रोकते है और आपको उनके ऊपर गुस्सा आता है जो की वाजिब नहीं है। सवाल गुस्सा आने पर क्या करें के जवाब में बताया कि गुस्सा आने पर अपनी रूचि अनुसार काम को करना प्रारंभ कर दें, तो इस तरह से ध्यान गुस्से से हट जाएगा।
